How to open your guide
The guides are PDF files. Here is how to get to yours, step by step.
Get the email
Once your payment is confirmed, an email arrives with a download link for each guide you bought. With Payfast that happens automatically; with Bank Deposit, after the money reflects and we have marked the order off. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder first — that is usually where it sits.
Tap the link
Tap the link in the email. The file starts downloading. On a phone it usually goes to "Downloads".
Open it
On Android, Google Drive or Files opens it. On an iPhone it goes to Files, or you can read it straight in Safari. You do not need a special app.
Save it where you will find it again
Move the file to Google Drive or iCloud as soon as you have it. Each link works three times — enough to download it and make one mistake, but not enough to start over every time.
