The short version

Digital files cannot be returned. Once a guide has been downloaded we cannot undo that, and so we do not refund after a guide has been downloaded, except in the two cases below.

When we do refund

If you accidentally paid twice for the same guide, or the file does not open at all and we cannot fix it — say so and we refund.

What we try first

If a download is not working, send us a message. In most cases it is a link that has expired or an email that landed in the spam folder, and that is usually easy to put right.

This position stands here before you pay, not afterwards.

Your rights under the law

Nothing on this page limits or removes the rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Where this page and the law differ, the law applies.
