After the payment

How the download works

  1. Pay

Choose Payfast at checkout and pay by card or instant EFT. Or choose Bank Deposit and pay by EFT or bank deposit.

  2. The payment is confirmed

With Payfast, Payfast confirms the payment itself and you do not have to wait for us. With Bank Deposit, we mark the order off once the money reflects. That is not instant: an EFT from another bank can take a working day or two to reflect.

  3. The links come by email

Shopify sends you the download links. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first.
